A friend recommended this to me, and overall it seems fine, but I do wish there were more ways to pay. The payment options felt a bit limited, which made the checkout process less convenient than I expected.

I tried to place an order, but my country wasn’t available for shipping, which was frustrating. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were blaming me for not checking sooner instead of just helping explain the options. Kind of a disappointing experience overall

Overall, shopping on the site was simple. The pages looked clean, and I found the sizes and items I needed in maybe a few minutes. The only thing I noticed was that a couple of pages seemed to take a bit longer to load than I expected

The order seemed totally fine at first, but then DHL hit me with extra customs/import fees after the fact. I really don’t like surprises like that, and it made me lose trust in the whole process. I won’t be ordering again

I ordered this hoodie because the photos made it look like a washed black, which is exactly what I wanted. In person, though, it showed up looking more blue/grey, so it wasn’t really the vibe I was expecting. If you don’t care too much about the exact shade, it might be fine, but if the color is the main reason you’re buying it, I’d be careful. Return shipping isn’t cheap either, which made the whole thing frustrating.
